Carol Peacock
Professional Floral Designer and Floristry Lecturer
As a qualified floristry Lecturer with many years of professional teaching experience, I’ve guided hundreds of students through their floral journeys from complete beginners to those building confident, sustainable careers in the floristry industry.
I have taught across a wide range of recognised qualifications including BTEC, City & Guilds Technical certificates Level 2/3 and NCFE level 1, 2 and 3. This breadth of experience means I understand how people learn at every stage and how to support students with different abilities, goals and learning styles.
Alongside teaching I have built and run my own floristry business allowing me to bring real world industry knowledge directly into ever course. My teaching bridges the gap between qualification based learning and the realities of working as a florist, from practical techniques and creative development to professionalisim, confidenve and business understanding.
Education is a the very heart of Peacock & Wild and the Flower School allows me to bring everything I’ve learned in the classroom, in industry and in business directly to you.
My aim is not to just teach floristry but to help you grow in confidence, creativity and belief in your own abilities.
